This means not just how clean your premises are when our operatives are on your property, but also their personal appearance. No member of our cleaning staff will be allowed to operate any electrical cleaning equipment without appropriate training. This includes the use of our vacuum cleaners as well as electric buffers, washer, scrubber, dryers etc. In the same way all our staff are shown how to use all cleaning chemicals before being allowed to use them. This is done as part of the initial induction training but is also continuous as we introduce better cleaning materials or improved methods.
Our training highlights the use of full colour coding of equipment to prevent cross contamination of areas. Do you really want your kitchen or canteen areas to be cleaned with the same mop that was just used to clean your toilets?
It is no good showing someone the standards we demand if we don’t monitor them as well, so each time that we carry out a service for a client, we check that everything is completed to the highest level possible.
